"Really enjoyed our stay at Va-I-Moana. A "resort feel" sort of stay, beach out the front with some reef for snorkling. Nice restaurant and bar and although the menu was limited due to supply issues, the meals we had were very good. A little run down but made it seem a little rustic. Staff were great and the place just had a good vibe."

"The staff could not be nicer, the food was very nice and good value compared to other meals I have had in Samoa. The snorkling off the beach was OK but there was close by options for much better. This was my first open fale experience and it was great as there is no road behind so the only sound was the sea and the bells and singing in the village across the water. My own deck as part of the fale. Clean, shared bathroom and plant filled open roofed shower."
