"Booked a king suite purposely because I’m traveling with a baby and was hoping to have a bedroom door to shut so my husband and I could stay up later and not disturb our son. When I arrived to my room it was a two full bed room; no suite. Went downstairs and the attendant realized a manager had left a note saying my room had maintenance issues and I was relocated. I appreciate they refunded the difference but it was still pretty annoying since we booked this hotel specifically to have a bedroom option. We would have stayed 30 minutes closer to our destination had I known the bedroom wasn’t an option. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. AC was great. There was a slight musty smell in the hallway. Honestly would have just appreciated a phone call letting me know that the room wasn’t available anymore and maybe been given the option to cancel."

"Always a pleasure staying at this hotel! The rooms are always clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Crystal Davis, who was exceptionally friendly and cheerful. Her positive attitude really made our stay even more enjoyable! The breakfast was excellent as well. The staff made sure everything was well organized, clean, and properly maintained in the dining area. Parking was also stress-free, with plenty of available spaces. Overall, another wonderful stay, and we look forward to coming back again! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
