"At the check in for 1.5 hours at 01.30am because the hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite booking over 6 hours earlier. Couldn’t find me under name confirmation number….. nothing! Chatting for ages with an agent over the app also got no where as hotel couldn’t call the hot line number and the agent couldn’t reach the hotel. I am now waiting for this to be resolved by the special team. Very unpleasant experience after a long day. "

"Perfect place for a short layover in Chisinau. Grocery store and restaurants are right there, and the trolley bus to the airport has a station right across the street. Rooms are nice and very clean but very small. I will return when I have another layover in Chisinau."

"We have arrived at the location but the front desk told us that there isn't any room left and that the reservation doesn't show up even though we paid it in Expedia. They moved us in another hotel and had slept in the lobby like homeless people. Truly horrible experience. I don't recommend it to anyone. And they didn't give back the money"
