Nice stay but the breakfast I would have to rate average due to being in my opinion way overpriced for the selection of items, should be included in room stay. Pillows for rooms way to soft, had to ask for extras.

On checking out, I asked the next airport shuttle time and they said there won't be another one till 10:00am. and that was 9:00am. Obviously, if you are going to the airport, you have to make a reservation. And they don't tell you that upon check-in. No empathy from the staff. They go pick up a guest to the airport, if they call. But they don't run a service if a guest wants to leave.

the only thing i was dissapointed is that the airport shuttle starta at 6 a.m. and most of travelers, especially with young children and a stroller needs more time to go throughout the airport. This is one of the reasons why i choose the hotel, costing me 38 dollars more for a taxi. I am not a fan of false advertisement but they should specifie if their servi es run 24/7 as well. Other than that i found the hotel amazing, clean, quiet and excellent customer service, highly recommend it...
