"Our room was located on the second floor right under the lobby and also buy the elevator. Terrible combination if you’re trying to either go to sleep on time or stay in bed a little longer. The noise level was way past 11 o’clock which was really unfortunate for us. Also, why were there no microwaves in the room? How do you have a fridge and not have a microwave? That was very frustrating. Having to wait in line to microwave your food and remind you the microwave on the second floor only had one working because the other one wasn’t. Some of the updates made sense however this one did not."
"There were bugs/ants crawling on me in the bathroom when I was going to the bathroom and once when I was sitting at the desk. I let the staff know and they’ve done nothing about it. My refrigerator wouldn’t open because it wasn’t made for the cabinet they put it in so the door couldn’t open because the hinge kept blocking it. There’s no elevators and only one entrance to the building and my room was on the second floor on the opposite end from where you enter the building. It took forever to get back and forth to my room. I even got lost on my way to check out. I have a pinched nerve in ny neck so carrying my stuff the distance I had to carry it to get to my room, with no elevator or luggage carts was extremely problematic for my neck issues. Lastly there was a disgusting smell from the minute you walk into the building all the way up til right before I got to my room. I‘extremely unhappy"

"Our stay at Extended Stay was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The hotel advertised breakfast, but it was really just a small grab-and-go setup with oatmeal packets and pre-wrapped muffins.
Housekeeping was basically nonexistent. No one came to clean the room, empty the trash, or provide fresh towels during our stay. We had to ask for basic necessities ourselves.
The check-in experience was also a mess. When we arrived, we were told our reservation had been canceled, and staff initially sent us to a room that was already occupied by other guests, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
The room we finally checked into smelled like bug spray.
To top it all off, at checkout the staff tried to overcharge me because of mistakes they made during the original check-in process. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, they attempted to pass the cost onto me.
Overall, this was a frustrating and poorly managed experience, and I would not stay here again."
"We booked 3 hotel rooms. One of them had pubic hair on a towel. Another had a very dirty bathroom wall, dirty lamp shade, dirty carpet. You have to take your trash down to the dumpster, which isn't a huge deal but you're not told at checkout and there's nothing in the rooms, just a small sign by the elevator. The front desk staff was super great and helpful though."
