The staff at the hotel are great. They are very welcoming and provide a first class experience. The only negative is sometimes the prices are high. Leonardo Advantage Club site while it should be cheaper for members is in fact much more expensive than booking through hotels.com. That's why we booked it this way. We look forward to...
