We had a wonderful stay at Holiday inn- Arden Hotel! The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, making it a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely stay here again. This property seems to be on its way down. Still OKAY but starting to show its age and some wear and tear. Almost no one eats in the restaurant for Breakfast or dinner. The bar serves wine and beer but nothing else. There are plenty of other food/drink options nearby so why would people eat/drink there? I come away unimpressed.

The only thing is the shuttle is not 24/7 if I knew this I would have booked elsewhere but if you need a nice hotel with a great staff reasonable near the air port with a shuttle this hotel is always so good .
