Overall, a very pleasant stay. I recommend bringing a sponge and extra dish towels for washing dishes -- OR bring tabs and wash in the DW everyday. I liked the fitness center - small but had all the things I needed. Very close walking distance to grocery stores. I recommend it!

Highly recommend staying here when visiting Asheville. Facility is immaculate, rooms are large with kitchens, staff is wonderful, breakfast has a ton of options, and it is right by downtown.

Very nice place. Hot breakfast just needed to wait for it to be restocked. Had a quiet room until 6am, then heard a man talking in next room. He wasn’t shouting..just talking. They need better sound proofing.

Although people said that there were homeless people and tents around the property, i did not see any. Granted we did not walk to downtown as we only stopped there for an hour on our way to see family. We did see homeless people and panhandlers within downtown area. Hotel was clean and pleasant. The room was comfortable. Will stay here again when we return.

Perfect place to stay for cleanliness, accessibility and amenities. We were able to grill a wonderful steak dinner for our family who had just been through the hurricane thanks to the amenities included in our stay! Only complaint is parking is expensive and no free alternatives were make available to us, nor were we informed it was $15/day. Otherwise all was great!
