Didn't use the hot tub due to cold weather but the room (Hemlock Suite) and breakfast options refreshed daily was a very nice surprise. I would stay here again if i return to Mt. Rainier.

Owners have made a tremendous effort to create a welcoming fully equipped studio apartment. That said we felt the hemlock suite to be somewhat crowded.

We stayed in the Chalet Garden Suite during our stay. The property itself is surrounded by many trees so it peaceful and relaxing. The owners are responsive should you have any questions or need anything during your stay. There is a compact refrigerator that is stocked with breakfast items daily by housekeeping. We really enjoyed this perk, since there are limited options for breakfast in the area. Coffee and tea are also provided but you may want to bring your own bottled water and/or juice. A welcome notebook is in the suite that has information regarding Mt. Rainier (trails and scenic lookouts) and other area information (such as dining options). The inn itself has a wooden sign that is lighted but you have to be alert when driving to know exactly where the entrance is--it is a hidden gem! Jeff and Lauren M.

Nice place to stay just minutes from Mount Rainier. Over the duration of a 4 night stay, the only issue I had is that is was unseasonably warm (hit the 80s in early May!), and the rooms can get stuffy if there is no breeze. The property is a bit dated, but that is part of the charm. The included breakfast has enough options, and the smores kits were an added plus.

I would record it.

We really enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed and the location was superb. It was great to have access to the kitchen any time we wanted and to be able to use the facilities available in the kitchen. There was a good choice of breakfast for us to enjoy. The setting of the Inn is very pretty. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.

Adorable place to stay

Just a fabulous place to stay. The owners are so courteous. We arrived late in the evening but easily found an envelope with instructions. Room was fantastic. Outside is beautiful. Comfortable bed! Tasty food in fridge and restocked when we would come back. Lovely. What a treat!

Bed and breakfast was a bit misleading. It was just cold breakfast. Kitchenette was without any stove and pots and pans. Host was nice enough to bring a replacement hair dryer that works.

Really enjoyed our short stay here. The owners were promptly in contact after we requested a down-free room and emailed us a few days out with clear instructions on arriving to the property, area recommendations, and how to access our room in the event a late arrival and/or an early checkout. These efforts really conveyed a sense of caring about our stay and desire that we enjoyed our visit. We ended up getting in late and were out before sunrise so we didn't have a chance to meet any of the staff or enjoy the property (including the readily accessible fire pits) but accessing and leaving our room was just as easy as described. We also had breakfast waiting for us in the fridge, coffee, granola, and smores! Will absolutely be coming back next time we're exploring Mt Rainier.

The outside was really open, and the fire pit was great. One complaint though is this....The door to the unit has approx 1/2" gap on the bottom of the door, and approx 1/4" gap on the side of the door, and the door doesn't close firmly. It moves forward/backward. Light leaks in, sound leaks in and out. I get the whole "originality of the home" thing, but to me it should close more firmly and have a tighter fit.

We had an amazing stay at Mountain Meadows Inn last week. The Coleman’s are great hosts and have such attention to detail with everything from booking and information on accessing the room and all the care they put into providing us with everything we needed during our stay. The property is beautiful and such a great location to the entrance of Mount Rainier. We will definitely be back!

Calm, quaint location near Mt. Ranier NP. No A/C in upper chalet units made it a little stuffy on warm evenings. Problems with WiFi were frustrating, but otherwise this was a pleasant and comfy place to stay as we explored Mt. Ranier NP.

You can tell the owner has done this quite awhile. Very organized and efficient. She has created a process for flexible schedules including checkin. She had everything set out with varous breakfast options for flexible schedules as well in the kitchen area. Beautiful furnishings, beddings and bathroom supplies in the main Inn where we stayed. Room had a folder of various hiking and tourist suggestions. Very close to Mt. Rainier. Back yard consisted of a park like setting including picnic area, fire pit area, hot tub area and a full porch to lounge in. Living room, kitchen & dining room were shared areas for whoever was staying there. Note: there are no TV'S in the bedrooms. Only in the living room. Charming place to stay.
