"My son and I did a mommy and me mini trip so we came to Splash Harbor. When checking in it went really smooth. They explain the pool hours and how to get to my room very well. They even recommend staying hydrated in the pool because of the heat. No issues with other guest and my son even made some friends while there. House keeping was quick to fill supplies for the room which help the flow of the vacation keep going. Definitely will be going back."

"The room was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The grounds could use a little TLC. The only negative was the toilet paper. It was the texture and thickness of the tissue paper used inside gift boxes. Overall, I would definitely recommend."
