"Clean and quiet..good staff"

"When we first got there & cked into the room when we went up to the room it was terrible the floors were grimy that my shoes were sticking to the floor there was something red and white cream something I thought it was blood and sperm all over one of the lamp shades and the room smelled like a nursing home that hadn't been cleaned in 20 years it literally smelled like urine & cigso badly when you open the door the door couldn't even fully open because the floor was catching the bottom of the door so you only had a half door access to the room I called down immediately and told them how disgusting it was they told me to come back down and they would try to find another room so we went back down they did find us another room and I have to say they were quite nice about everything However unfortunately I did find that the establishment seemed to have guests who were either current addicts or so-called recovering addicts I mean I didn't see one business person there not even on the staff everybody was super dressed down and more power to them if they're recovered or recovering but I think that the establishment most definitely should have had a business suit there someone with the hotel & business in mind I don't necessarily mean a suit I just mean somebody who dressed the part of responsible reasonable management that also would run the Riff Raff off I literally saw a pregnant prostitute there like 90% of our stay she was out in the parking lot smoking cigarettes and talking to "

"My car was damaged by the valet at my stay here in September. I reported it to Hilton and filed a claim a month later. Called for months to try and get help with the situation. Only to be told that too much time had lapsed and I hadn’t filed a claim, when I absolutely did! Hilton took no responsibility for this not an I’m sorry here’s where to take your car to be fixed, here’s a free stays to help make things right. I received nothing from them in any way except a headache. When I arrived this trip I was told they no longer offer valet they’ve had so many issues with it!! I’ve stayed here several times and it is always a very nice hotel with clean, safe, nice rooms, this time was different. We were placed in a room that looked like it was mangled. That’s why I gave it a lower score and I’m still upset over my car! "

"Bathroom metal fixtures were rusty. Bathroom shower had a dirty towel in it. Bathroom plaster pealing . Metal door frames rusty. Cobwebs on all the ceilings. Breakfast was not good. No baccon, sausage. Never stay again!"

"It was amazing! The staff is super friendly and inviting and made us feel very welcome, even our puppy! Highly recommend especially if you’re taking your dog! It was just a perfect weekend for the whole family!"
