"We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel walking distance to downtown Ashland and this fit the bill perfectly. Though we didn’t use, handy to have a washer/dryer for guest use. We opted for breakfast a few minutes walk away at Noble coffee (highly recommend). It was nice to have Safeway across the street for snacks and sundries. "
