"Safe was exceptionally kind and responsive. There was a small issue with the room which the team addressed immediately - even though everyone was very busy - the hotel was sold out that night. The brunch at the on-site restaurant was phenomenal. A great stay. Will be back."

"The first room assigned has electrical problems with a short in an outlet behind a bed that continually caused the lamps/microwave to blink. the outlet was sticking out of the wall and a real fire concern. The room they moved us to was right by the highway with road noise all night long. The shower diverter would not stay up. one of the beds was so close to the wall, you had to crawl out of bed by the foot to get out of bed. One of reasons we chose this location was to use the pool. It was not in service. The staff were all friendly. they moved us without any issue when we discovered the fire hazard. The breakfast was decent. "

"No comfortable chairs to watch tv. Nit sufficient lighting. Also, th fridge stopped working and ruined our food."

"This unit was a great value, in a good location, with convenient parking and good staff. We stayed here twice--on the way south and the way back north. I would go back without hesitation. "

"Dead roaches on the floor. Described as a suite but was a very small single room. Breakfast poor and not as described. Parking and general property felt unsafe. No elevator to reach upper floor. Odd "decor". Overall extremely poor and beyond disappointing."
