"This apartment wasn’t our first choice due to a booking error by Hotels.com however we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the apartment with a strong odour of stale cigarettes. "Hotel staff were really friendly and everywhere was clean. It was a short walk to the city centre and about 10 minute walk from the Highcross shopping centre car park where the parking was only £6 via the hotel discount. We stayed to go to a darts event which was a 20 minute walk. Overall it was a lovely stay."
