"Arrived late after 7:30 pm (we had messaged them to let them know we would be late). Room was to be ready by 4:00 pm and at 7:30ish, It was not. It was still in the state left by the previous occupants. Not at all ready for us and there was not a cleaning crew on site. Also this room #3 and it was to have a hot tub and there was none. It would have all been okay but they did not have another room to put us in so we had to drive another 62 miles to Rexburg where a room was available at a hotel. We stopped at a couple of places on the way and they were all filled up. It was a holiday weekend. Very tough to arrive so late and not have a place to stay. At least we received a refund via Expedia. I am so glad we did not book direct. No idea what would have happened in that case."

"This place was very clean, with exception to the bedding. There were long strands on hair on the sheets and the quilt in several places, and a couple pine needles on the sheet when we turned down the blankets. Didn't feel the bedding was very clean. The bed was very uncomfortable, and squeaked pretty loudly when you sit or move around in it. There wasn't anywhere to plug your phone cord in, unless you pulled the bed out and unplugged the lamp. The other lamp didn't even work. There wasn't anyone on duty there when we arrived at 5:00 pm. They tell you to call a phone number on the door, and they give you instructions to get in. This also means if you needed something, I'm not sure how you'd get it. Honestly, for as little as you pay compared to other places, I guess it's worth it to save money, but be ready for a "less than comfy & convenient" stay. You get what you pay for I guess..."
