"Me and my daughter stayed here just for the one night , we didn’t expect much as it’s advertised as a 3 * hotel but omg we were blown away by how beautiful the hotel was , staff were really nice and helpful on all aspects of our stay , now I know the hotel is like this I won’t stay anywhere else , it was perfect and the breakfast was amazing before we left aswell . Should deffo be more than 3* but highly recommend"

From arrival, the friendly staff made us feel valued, even asking whether we preferred a higher or lower floor. The hotel and rooms were spotless, comfortable and beautifully presented. As we were celebrating my mum’s birthday, the team surprised her with a complimentary drink voucher—a generous, unexpected gesture that made the occasion even more special. Staff took a genuine interest in our plans, remembered our conversations and made us feel like more than just another booking. The night manager deserves particular praise. When we returned from our evening out, he went above and beyond to help locate a lost person, contacting another hotel and arranging a taxi to ensure they reached safety. His kindness and patience were extraordinary. The next morning, the manager remembered our plans and asked about our brunch, perfectly capturing the personal care shown throughout our stay. We left feeling warmly welcomed, thoroughly looked after and eager to return."
