"Very elegant and modern hotel just outside and slightly above Asiago which provides an excellent view of the town and surrounding area from the hotel. The spa is wonderful and very relaxing. A bit pricey but has it everything you’d want in a spa. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious with local specialties and Italian favorites. I would stay here again and try to stay longer is possible. "

"The staff is amazing right from the beginning. I spend half my life in hotels and have never encountered such a friendly knowledgable staff anywhere. At first look was a little concerned the hotel was showing its age, but that quickly went away as I relaxed and settled in. I do like my technology... Big surprise!! The Internet and TV was better than almost any hotel I've been. Internet fast and easy connection. TV was "Sky" plenty of content and the ability to change languages! What a concept!!"

"The hotel messed up our reservation and we didn't have a room. Although the very nice staff found us another room, it was not satisfactory. We appreciated them remedying the mistake, but we feel like we should be refunded the cost of our room. We had to stay in another town and it was an inferior hotel. I do not like to give poor reviews, but this was a negative experience and I would not recommend booking with this hotel."
