"Absolutely fantastic, what a wonderful place to stay. Large bed, luxurious bedding, lovely bathroom with walk in shower. The whole place is to an extremely high standard of architectural thought and build, amazing. "

"From the first welcome to the final farewell, it was a joy to stay there. Substantive breakfasts, pet friendly, old manor house setting with great views. Good choice of relatively local (less than 10 miles) public houses for evening fare. Already hoping to get back there when next visiting the Lakes, which start only six miles north."
