"We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely, very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedsheets were so soft, which made it feel even more luxurious. The food was also really nice and overall we had a wonderful stay. The only downside is that the drinks are quite expensive. For example, a gin and tonic is around £15, so you’re really looking at London prices. I was also very surprised by the difference in taxi prices. Our taxi to the hotel cost around £18, but when we asked the hotel to arrange a taxi back to the airport, we were quoted around £100, which seemed extremely expensive considering the journey. Apart from that, we really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely recommend it. It was a lovely, relaxing stay and felt very luxurious."
