"The apartment was nice, with a lot of windows and centrally located. Not ideal place to stay if you have a car. Right next to a bar where people were loud and yelling till about 0500. We slept terribly. Closing the windows did nothing to keep out the noise. It was also very hot inside, without air conditioning. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. "

"Was a fine place but difficult to talk to the staff. We got a wrong cabin after calling back and forward for half an hour with the employees. No one at the check in counter. We only got compensated with an ice cream. That was poor service when they had forgotten our booking"

"We called the reseption around 4pm as we saw we would be arriving after 8pm due to traffic in germany. Where supposed to get an sms with checkin instructions. This was not send, så had to call 4-5 times a bit before 8 to make sure we would be having a cabin to sleep in. This time we got the instructions.
