"The room was fine-- clean, comfortable, good temperature, though the shower pressure wasn't great. What got me was the lack of service almost everywhere. My room wasn't ready when I got there at 3:15pm, so I had to downgrade to a different room just so I didn't have to wait any longer (they "weren't sure" when my room would be ready). So I change into my bathing suit to head out to the pool, and decide to grab a quick drink from the bar to enjoy poolside. It's about 3:30pm, and there is no bartender to be found. I'm told by others at the bar that they had been waiting about 15 minutes for the bartender to come back and either give them their checks or another drink, but that the bartender seemed annoyed with all these "last minute" drink orders already when it was only 3:00 when they ordered. I waited about 10 minutes and decided just to grab a drink from the little market, but there's no one working there either. I gave up on the drink and enjoyed the pool for a bit. The next morning I go to get a coffee at Starbucks, and the person at the register couldn't even bother to say good morning, they just stared at me like I was an inconvenience. Never did see anyone working the bar or the market register. But they had someone at my room door at promptly 9am asking when I was leaving, though check out wasn't until noon. Not the experience I expected from the Sheraton, and will probably not stay again if it is such an inconvenience to have customers. "

"This is my second time in this hotel, it has a great location and price if you are visiting universal Orlando theme parks. This hotel features a shuttle to island of adventures and universal studios but not for Epic universe (important!), you need to book it 24hrs in advance and I recommend to arrive in front of their gym 10min before if you want to ensure a seat, they allow passengers standing. They have an small cafe that serves fresh breakfast (eggs, vegan, wraps) and opens early morning, as well as a Indian restaurant for lunch/dinner. Also walking distance from Fridays and other small cafes. Rooms and beds are comfy, but they are dated and carpets might be an issue for allergic folks, a/c must remain power on to avoid humidity smell."

"Amazing hotel would highly recommend for families. There’s so much to do- 2 pools, lazy rivers, hot tub, water slide and more. They also have a bowling alley and arcade on site. Our building was right next to Volcano Bay and they have a special entry for hotel guests which was a plus. Already planning my next stay!"

"Do not let the photos online decieve you, while the room was nice and pretty accurate to the images online, the area where the rooms are is looks absolutely nothing like the photos. Less like a resort and more like a motel trying to be a resort."

"The staff was hit and miss. When we arrived, we had a ton of bags and had our dog in tow and no one offered to assist with our bags. It was quite hectic to unload everything and then park the car. Upon checkin, the lady did not offer any info on the property, nothing about the shuttle, nothing about restaurants on property or breakfast times. Once we got to our room, which was supposed to be a universal studios view, it was disappointing that it wasn’t really a universal studios view. It was a side view. Our room faced an apartment building. I figured it was a mistake and went back to the desk and they said they don’t really have a view even though they charge extra for a view. It’s really a side view. Outside of the view, the room was nice. No microwave. 2 complimentary bottles of water. The elevators are super slow. Overall, I would stay again, as the location was perfect for universal."
