"I absolutely loved my stay at The Island hotel and would recommend anyone to book! The hotel was large but extremely well maintained, the staff were lovely and breakfast included such an array of tasty food. Incredibly clean and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. "my family of 4 (2 teens). we needed an short stay overnight to catch the ferry early morning. This was 8-10m drive to the port. it was spacious enough for what we needed. You are near the airport so planes can be heard above relatively loud and often but it did not impact our sleep. It was a short (2-3m) walk to many dining options for food or coffee as well. Would return."
