"The rooms that are dog friendly need to be more clean. Plus the outside deck had sticker bushes overgrown on the deck and the deck could have used a good pressure washing."

"When we checked in we were given a room and went up there. Both keycards worked great and we went in the room and there was someone elses stuff in there! Fortunately they weren't in the room otherwise that would have been TERRIBLE. We went back down to the front desk and the staff member was going up the elevator and said he would be right back. We waited about 15 minutes, this was at 4PM so right at check in time so there were 5 other parties behind us by the time he came back, and then he tried to blame the cleaning staff and said he would talk to them about it. I would have appreciated if he just apologized and owned it but lying to us and throwing someone else under the bus seemed like a very lousy thing to do. You could tell he knew he had messed up because every time we saw him he avoided looking at us and didn't talk to us. Other than that the continental breakfast was really good and the rooftop is incredible. The TV was at an angle because the cord was so short it had to be stretched that way and there were several channels that were "audio only" because their service was messed up. Also when you get in the elevator the floor says "WONDERFUL BEDS" and that is not even remotely true. The beds were awful. My back usually hates all other beds but even my girlfriend couldn't sleep and was sore and she never gets that. Overall the roof top and breakfast give it 2 stars but this experience was awful and I won't be back."

"Ocean view was great. Was under construction which it is what it is. The hot tub was dirty!!! Brown slime bubbles and skin chunks. The edge of hot tub had light brown slime/film ring. The kids swam in regular pool then got message 1 hr after that pool was emergency cleaning. Next day still shut down. The fridge didn’t work in room. Beds are kinda hard. Rooms clean. Staff is friendly. Got a lot of hotel text alerts during stay. "

"Great views so close to the beach . Best part about the room was the balcony . The rooms are very outdated, the refrigerator didn’t work . It was hard to open the door cause the old paint you had to push door handle up. The keys deactivate if they get anywhere near your phone . The fireplace is just a light that flickers . "
