"Everything was acceptable, except that there was no central heating working in my room (and as I heard in many/most?) rooms. It was December and 3 degrees Celsius outside at night (and the day I left, they expected 0C). They gave me a portable electric heater that could not really heat the room and it was noisy and uncomfortable. The price was high--no special deal--and this was totally unexpected. Otherwise, things were OK and the breakfast was good."

"Despite an initial issue with the hot water, we had a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The flats are a little further out from central Brussels than is entirely practical but the public transport links are pretty good. The room was very clean and has clearly been renovated recently. Overall would recommend to anyone travelling on a budget! "
