nice place for a long-term stay.
Nice property for a long-term stay as it felt a little isolated even though it was only a few blocks from a large shopping center. The gym looked nice, it was a full gym that has numerous members from outside, but I was told that I would have to pay for a day pass, which was a negative.

The hotel is in an area that is quiet, not far from the shopping mall, there are a couple of restaurants around it, let’s say I never felt unsafe in the area, and the people were very nice in Paraguay overall.

Great value and great location!
Nice clean hotel in Villa Morra. Close to shopping malls, restaurants and bars. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Buena ubicación, funcional
Aparthotel en una buena zona residencial con comercios próximos. Funcional pero con decoración muy básica. Gimnasio, bares y restaurantes en el mismo edificio. Un poco ruidoso a la noche para las habitaciones qué dan a la calle del bar.

An excellent boutique hotel. Rooms are stylish and clean. It's in the Villa Mora area, but on a quiet street. Walkable to malls like Shopping Mariscal, and also the nightlife of Carmelitas. Internet worked well.

Very bad corridor Lighting in all the floors, like a dungeon. Nice place but they do not want to invest in lighting so you can find your room. Its just weird.

The hotel is great. Modern, clean, comfortable. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, going an extra mile to ensure you are happy. All 3 people at the reception spoke English, which is not something you take for granted in Paraguay. Would stay here again and recommend that you do too!

Staff was able to communicate in English and they were very accomodating. Room had a good size and was very modern. The roof top bar was also interesting, if you like load music. Pool was on the small size, but large enough to take a quick dip. Several Restaurants in the Area.

Todo esta muy bien y la comida en el restaurante deliciosa. Deje mi maleta para que me la guardaran por tres días y cuando la recogí no me cobraron nada aparte de que el chico de la recepción me ayudó a subirla a mi Uber. Ahora estoy en otro hotel pero definitivamente mañana regreso a Hotel Five y estaré ahí los tres últimos días de mi viaje.

Very comfortable bed/room, Friendly & Professional staff and Great location . Adjoining restaurant in lobby area served delicious breakfast accompanied with fine dining service. My only negative was there was no bottled water in room and there was a charge to get it.
