Although this was a nice hotel, it was not up to the standards we are accustomed to in Paraguay. We arrived very early in the morning and the lobby was not staffed and all the lights were out. The hotel has no bell service and lacks amenities such as free coffee in the room or body lotion, that are standard in other hotels. The staff was friendly, but they simply weren't as friendly and helpful as other hotels we have stayed in in Asuncion. In addition, we had problems with the TV controls. At first they simply did not work. We had to have maintenance come three times before we finally got them to work - more or less. Breakfast was average with very little variety - same thing every day. It is, however, very conveniently located right next to a major shopping mall.

I stay here often. They have almost everything I need with kitchenette. Some rooms are set up a little differently then others and have different amenities.

Not my favorite stay
This hotel is not customer friendly. The parking is a mess to find, no clear directions on how to get to the hotel parking and front desk. Elevators take a slecial kind of gift to figure out. The only good part of this hotel is that its attached to the mall.

There are better choices in the area
Suitable as office space but not as a hotel room... you can't open a window to air the place, internet was erratcic, the fridge wasn't working, the breakfast is in a next door shop (go get it at a fraction of the price) and consists of some bread varieties and coffee.... the kitchen is not equipped.... it is clean though.... and location is fine too....

Great location, safe, big/clean room and friendly staff. My only suggestion is that they need to improve breakfast specially quality and variety. I will be happy to stay in this hotel again.

Hotel connected to mall. No formal restaurant. My air conditioner did not work. Instead of just giving me a new room- they worked in my room while I was in it-for well over an hour. I started complaining to front desk at 6pm- shortly before 9 pm the air conditioning was fixed. A bit inconvenient for me.

Modern Hotel, with spacious rooms
The hotel is in an office building, next to the best mall in Asuncion. The hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant, however breakfast is served in one of the mall restaurants, it is a set menu not a buffet. The rooms are very spacious. On the downside facilities are minimal, there is a small gym, but that is it. I suppose it is meant more for guests attending a conference or event, which is located in the same building. Again considering the hotel is connected to the mall, it is not like you won't have anything to do.

Super modern hotel. Next to a shopping center. Clean rooms, It seemed directed to cater to business clients; however, it didn't have a business center. I still like to print my boarding passes and I actually had to email them to the hotel for them to print them at the front desk printer. The website shows three photos of rooms and all show a microwave oven and a coffee maker. Mine had none. Upon further research, my room was a special class that didn't include those.

Tu hotel en un Mall
El hotel se encuentra en un Shopping y es una zona tranquila. Esta a unos 30 minutos del centro y eso es un poco problemático para quien va por trabajo. Mas allá de esto, es un lugar recomendable

El hotel es cómodo, seguro, limpio y buen ubicado. Pero no respetaron la categoría de habitación que pagamos. La habitación abonada era más grande y con cama king y nos dieron una con cama queen y de menos metros cuadrados.

Buena ubicación. Habitaciones amplias. Acceso cómodo y rápido al shopping y restaurantes del lugar. Lo único que la descripción decía vista a la ciudad y tenia la vista bloqueada por otro edificio en el frente. Algo que deberían mejorar es el desayuno. Otros hoteles de categoría similar ofrecen mayor variedad y mejor calidad. Pero es recomendable para familias con niños pequeños especialmente las habitaciones superiores que cuentan con cocinas. Hotel bastante comodo. Puntuación 4 de 5.
