"I absolutely loved my stay here. It’s on the banks of the Nile River and my room had a beautiful balcony right in the water edge. The big windows made the view from my bed a 10. The property also has a free boat ride at 6:30. The breakfast was amazing and all the staff were first class. Very kind, helpful and hardworking. "The hotel is beautiful and has amazing views and amenities. The staff is amazing specially the concierge Mustafa who took care of us, picked us up personally at the boat and helped us with our cruise and tours. Best services, knowledge and efficiency. You should also visit his store to shop for oils and herbs."

"Best location in Aswan. We have stayed here several times before. Top of the town and on the Nile. Quiet and tranquil. Upgraded to a Junior Suite. Great view and spacious. Management also allowed my cousin (who mistakenly booked the wrong hotel) to use the poolside with us after his trips. So, thank you. Unfortunately, some services could be better. I had to clean the balcony chairs from a layer of dust before use. No pool attendant or towels until after 10 am, and pool snacks always arrive cold. However, the guest relations managers (Monika and Sarah) were superb with us, and the General Manager Mr. Mohamed Ragab was an excellent host. I am confident that these small issues will be resolved to make our next stay even better. God willing, see you soon. Thank you. "
