"Staff was very kind and provided us a very special experience. It was our wedding anniversary and we received a room upgrade and some wine and fruits in the room. We always felt welcome! Swimming had great temperature. Facilities are beautiful, stunning view outside for sunset and chocolate time is great for children. Special thanks to Muhammed from reception and Khalid restaurant manager. "

"Wonderful place!! Elegant, beautifully furnished. The staff is very attentive, ready to clean your room 2x day if needed. The fridge is stocked with water and soda free of charge every day, the breakfast is included/very generous brunch buffet. The pool is clean and well maintained.
This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in! "

"What really stood out during my stay was the hospitality. The reception staff—especially Hasem and Rami—were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. "Ok hotel for 1 night when visiting Petra. Our family room was tiny, just space for 3 beds and a small WC.
Breakfast could be better.
Cafe charged us 4 JOD for a coffee!"
