"I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

"I had a wonderful 7 night stay at this hotel earlier this month and stayed in one of the beautiful newly-renovated preium balcony rooms on the 27th Floor. Every member of staff I interacted with at the hotel were so lovely and they all made every effort to ensure my stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible (especially the delightful duty manager, Demi). The whatsapp team were so effecient that every text request I made received a response within 90 seconds. The room itself was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The concierge desk, the housekeeping team, and the in-room dining staff were all very friendly and courteous throughout my stay. The food at the restaurant and in-room dining was also excellent. I will definitely be returning to this hotel very soon. Highly recommended."

Our room was comfortable, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices and fresh, delicious food. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. Overall, Hilton Cairo Grand Nile provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay.
