"Staff is very nice and helpful people. Thankful for each of them. Very convenient location, beach is across the hotel, countless eateries within, public transportation is 3 blocks away to visit around. Front desk also can help to call cab. Hotel getting old a bit, some maintenance might be helpful, like, gluing back peeling wallpapers, repainting rusting door frames, changing or redoing upholstery from stained chairs/armchairs, ripped towels etc. Other than that double pane windows blocks noise...
