Rezaletti para verip burda konaklamak yerine çadır açın daha iyi. Televizyon çalışmıyor yardıma gelen yok. Oda buz gibi kombi yetersiz gece tamamen kapattılar. Cam kenarından rüzgar giriyor. Kimse ilgilenmiyor.

This place smells soooo bad!

Not only did it smell, but we didn't get our room cleaned or new towels a single time when we were there for 3 days/2 nights. I dont speak the language, but my wife does, and she said that one of the 2 men that she talked to was very rude at the front desk.

Öncelikle Hotels ile aralarında bağlantı sorunu var. Ödemeyi online yapmış olmama rağmen Yaklaşık 15-20 dakika bekletildim. Rezervasyon onay kodunu göstermeme rağmen. Oda rezaletti. Tv, saç kurutma makinesi, tuvalet kağıdı, çöp kutusu, havlu yoktu. Ve de pisti. Bunlara tezat olarak kahvaltısı ve kahvaltı salonu başarılı. Konum olarak iyi. Daha iyi olabilir.

Bij aankomst werden we ontvangen door een norse meneer die constateerde dat onze boeking niet in het systeem stond, na een half uur wachten en bewezen te hebben dat we betaald hadden eindelijk sleutels gekregen, 1 x verkeerde kamer, 2x misleidende informatie over de kamer nl uitzicht op zee terwijl het uitzicht op een betonzee van appartementsblokken is. Orde, Netheid, Hygiene is ver te zoeken alsook de meubels die er gebruikt werden.. geen koffie of thee op de kamer, men zegt ongelimiteerd water maar daaevoor moet je telkens naar de lobby op en neer gaan. Het enigste wat we goed vonden was dat er op iedere verdieping verschillende wifo routers waren het internet vlotjes ging. daar hadden ze duidelijk wel in geïnvesteerd. De inrichtingen van de kamers daarentegen liet te wensen over, in alle opzichten! Geen wc papier in de kamer zogezegd 24/7 roomservicr maar dat konden ze ook niet in orde brengen want er zou geen personeel.zijn.. Toen we de avond en de volgende ochtend onze ontevredenheid mede deelden werd dat ook maar afgesnauwd en niet serieus genomen

Olumlu olarak; 1- Sıcak su var 2-Temizlik iyiydi 3- Fiyat iyiydi. Olumsuz olarak; 1- Saç kurutma makinası yoktu. 2- Çift kişilik yatak verildi, ayırdıktan sonraki çarşaf-pike...gibi şeyleri, yandaki boş-kapısı açık odadan kendim temin ettim. 3- Prizin koruması düşmüş, takılmamış, risk var. 4- Duş için de ayrı bir terlik güzel olurdu ve duş tutacağı çok kötü.5-Hotels.com'da 121 lira iken, kapıda gidip alalım dediğimizde 140 lira dediler. 6-Hotels.com'a göre otopark var, asansör düğmelerine göre de garaj var ama resepsiyona sorulduğunda "yok" cevabını almamız. 7- Klima olsa iyi olurdu. 8- Kablosuz internet "yokmuş"

Otelde ekipman eksiklikleri(saç kurutma,nevresim,yorgan vs.)giderilse, standart hale getirilse ve özellikle kahvaltıda her saat aynı hizmet (çay özellikle)verilebilirse otelin yeri mükemmel.Bizim için yer önemliydi,çünkü kısa sürede çok yer gezebildik.Ama Karadeniz'de otelimizde iyi bir çay içemedik.
