"I am very upset with the breakfast. I only use one day. Service was very slow. And it did not include beverage. I had to pay for the beverage. I will like to request a refund for the second day. I did not use it."

"Yes, it s a well maintained and safe property to stay for long or short term stays. I highly recommend the property. You can walk to the local businesses in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are very pleasant and can recommend and suggest places to go. They're availble at the front desk 24/7. Lastly, it's very quiet and serene property if that's what you're looking for. Enjoy!"

"Sadly I have to say that our stay in Hotel Vista Azul was a disaster! Our room had bugs, there was NO hot water & when I went to use the phone to call the front desk the phone on our room was not working so we walked to the lobby & there was not a single staff member in sight! We were told by another guest that the only person working in the hotel at the time was a security guard. That was also nowhere in sight! The bathroom was not cleaned properly as the floor was dirty & had an unpleasant smell! The place was in a beautiful place but that all it had going for it! Don’t waste your time or money here! You will absolutely regret it!! With all that said I highly DO NOT recommend this place!!"

"The property is at a nice location, there's restaurants within walking distance and lots of parking. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Our room had several little things that needed fixing missing tiles in the shower, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the left balcony sliding door wouldn't lock and the closet doors would come of the rail every time we opened it to access the little fridge. Maintenance needs to be better. Overall though we rented four rooms and the experience was nice and we had fun so we've definitely stay here again. The bar is closed on account of personnel shortages but they do have a restaurants on site that sells drinks."
