"This property is good but for the ambience, especially the carpets which look dirty. Hotel rating would jump up if the carpets are changed. Excellent staff who are very friendly and would go extra mile to satisfy guests. Management needs to work on the ambience. "

"Staff was excellent and the breakfast was fabulous. The regular room was basic but the hotel amenities were very nice. Pool area was nice but the pool was hardly used since you have the lake and beach nearby. Tons of good restaurants. Great place to relax. "
