The property was very clean! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious. The hotel is in a great location. There are several dining options, seat down and fast food. Tanger outlet shopping is a few minutes away. We stayed here rather than in Athens for a volleyball tournament at the Classic Center and it was the easiest drive to get to downtown Athens! It was well worth staying here and driving in for the tournament rather than paying other rates for hotels “in town.” Highly recommend and will stay here again.

The staff were very friendly, but my stay didnt go at all as planned. From the time i arrived to time i left, the internet did not work. Ontop of that my room had a messed up shower that wouldn't fully switch from faucet to shower head, and all the warmer water was coming out of the bottom. I also checked in at around the same of serveral groups of teenager's there for a sporting event, so my stay was anything but quiet. I could hear them through the floor hollering and running throughout the floor above me.

No one at the desk

The hotel was fine, but when we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We waited. And waited. Finally a staff member was sticking beverages in the front shop area. She ignored us. I asked if anyone was at the front desk? She called someone. We waited some more. Finally a woman came out to check us in, carrying her phone and a lighter. No apologies. No “sorry to keep you waiting.” We paid almost $400 for one night, and having this type of sub-par service was not a great way to begin our stay.

Total Disappointment don’t waste your time..

This was extremely disappointing trip especially for the price of the room. This is a far less than basic hotel that is priced and advertised as an high end hotel. It definitely much more a truckers stop the parking lot being filled with all kinds of massive tractor trailers this is most definitely not a family and for sure not romantic setting at all. Be completely honest I would not come back to this hotel again, if it was a product I had purchased I would have most definitely returned it for a full refund. In my more that forty years of visiting hotels with is without a doubt my most disappointing stay ever. The review was so misleading about this place. As the is nothing special about this hotel it far less than basic. Don’t waste your money and stay here unless you’re just as extremely tried trucker, and if you’re a trucker and you don’t stay here either not at this price. This is pure robbery. Definitely my most disappointing experience ever.

The staff was friendly and the front desk accommodated us to give us a room 30 minutes early because we needed to change to go to a wedding nearby. The person that fixed the breakfast area did a good job. We did not like that the tub/shower faucet was loose and difficult to adjust.

This hotel is our “go to” when we’re in Commerce. The staff is always more than accommodating, the property to conveniently located close to the freeway and there are multiple dining and shopping options available within walking distance. The hotel, is quiet, the rooms are spotless as well as all the common areas. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.
