The gentleman at the front desk who assisted me with check-in was wonderful. Extremely pleasant while being professional and efficient. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, and has multiple dining and coffee options nearby. The breakfast that was included was decent, and the property and rooms were nice. The one big detractor for me was the exterior door at our end of the hotel didn’t close all the way, which was a little concerning for safety. Other than that, I was happy with our stay, and would stay here again.

The room was wonderful. Big tv, very comfortable bed, great bagels on the breakfast bar. We would stay here again. Restaurants are close.

Dirty mattress's left in hallway. Check in guy was good,friendly. Groups standing in parking lot drinking. Street was like a drage race.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. It is in a good location near a mall and lots of places to eat.

The BREAKFAST had a lot to be desired. Had eggs and tater tots but no meat. Brown sugar was rock hard. Coffee and Tea were on the other side of the lobby not very convenient for breakfast crowd. Only a couple slices of bread and a few bagels available.

You can tell this was once an old property that they renovated. Room was very clean. Bed not very comfortable but were only staying 1 night. The safety lock was broken off door. If my husband wasnt with me and my child i would of switched rooms. Otherwise, for a short stay it wasnt bad. I wouldn't stay longer than 2 days.

Great on the basics hotel at a good price
This facility met most of the requirements that we have for a good stay at a modern hotel. A comfortable and clean room were especially appreciated. The location is great and it seems to be right in the middle of everything desirable in the immediate area. We felt the included breakfast was lacking and actually went out somewhere else for breakfast on the second night's stay. The bottom line is we would stay here again when we are in the area.

What time is quiet hour?
A comfortable overnight stay although a bit too noisy. Staying on the first floor near the ice machine, near barking dog (s) and near the lobby where lounging visitors chatting with the evening staff proved to be disruptive. Might I suggest the room doors be adjusted to avoid slamming to allow for a more peaceful rest.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Wish breakfast had better options and perhaps a longer time frame on the weekends. Children should not be allowed to touch the food as they make a mess. Not sanitary They should also consider installing in-shower toiletries rather than having the tiny bottles.

Really like the room, had a nice view out side, and looked very clean inside and out. only two things I disliked about my stay, was the AC unit was a bit loud and the breakfast was not good. But will consder staying a similar Best Western in the future.
