The staff was exceptionally pleasant and offered assistance getting my mom to our room if necessary. Our room and bathroom were very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We were only there 1 night but will stop here when traveling south again.

This property was okay the room we stayed in was okay the only thing i didnt like was that the sheets and towels all had stains on them and when we got to the room the air wasnt on so it was hot but after a while with the air running it was good. They should prep the room for arrivals and invest in new sheets and towels.

The hotel was not clean. The heat did not work and I saw roaches. They were still stuff in the refrigerator from the last people that stayed there. Hotel was very disappointing.

Don’t waste your time…

Overnight stay while moving. Parking should have been easy but was not. The room was old, we were asked to put down a cash deposit for the night - which was weird. We chose this hotel because it offered a hot breakfast. There was no hot breakfast, only coffee was hot-ish. We checked out somewhat early that day and still only had the choice of a mini muffin and a banana. We won’t be back.

This was the worst stay ever. The staff was rude the beds were dirty the tubs were dirty. The cereal and bread was stale.

If you're on a tight budget, you may consider this to be a reasonable accommodation. If you are accustomed to nice hotels, this is definitely not it. You get what you pay for. The place is fairly clean, but could use some renovation. There were a few weirdos hanging around back, so I felt safer leaving my car around front, closer to the street. They have a teeny tiny continental breakfast. In summary, a nice cheap motel! The surrounding area is fairly nice, with lots of restaurants. A quick eight-mile ride down the freeway takes you to Six Flags.

The bed linen is stained and dirty. There is a substance/ sticky drops on the front of fridge, the toilet is dirty, there is food in the microwave with bugs in it. I made hotel attendant aware of these things and was told they do not have anymore king rooms. I am requesting a refund but the attendant says they cannot.

Checked in, go to room. To find 2 dirty beds, nasty bathtub and on the sink was a used washcloth and soap. Took pictures and Went back to the office. Shows the attendant the pictures, she sent me to another room. Same thing, it was nasty. Told her i could not stay there. She asked me to let her put me in another room. Reluctantly I did, sure enough it was the same. I left and had to go get a room at another hotel. Thank god for comfort inn

Horrible

I normally doesn’t do a review but my room was horrible. So when I got into my room the scent hit me. It was a smell like the room had been sitting up and the furniture or was like old so it gave it an old smell. The pillow cases and spread was dirty looking. I looked at the tub hair follicles was in the tub. I immediately called the front seat. The guy was very nice he didn’t get no type of attitude with me. He asked did I wanted to change rooms or get someone to come and change the bedding and clean the tub. I told him yes. So he put me in another room. This other room had a horrible odor and fruit flies but not bad but I just couldn’t get right at all. I left there went to family dollar and bought some Lysol, Lysol cleaning wipes, a throw blanket, and a candle. I took a shower left came back after the graduation party was over. When I got back in my room the smelled hit even worse. At that point I didn’t even worry about lighting a candle. I slipped on some jogging pants and a top and told myself to leave early as possible in the morning. I couldn’t sleep I slept on top of the covers with my thrower and my guy friend called me and I told him what was going on. So I basically left Douglasville early this morning around 5 AM going back home. I couldn’t sleep and I couldn’t take the room. Not to mention they have the nerve of asking you to do a $25 deposit. For what!? I don’t think too many people would wanna stay there wants what’s in that room.

The staff here is always very nice and accommodating. This is my go to spot when I visit my family. It's super close to the interstate with a 24 hr gas station on the way! A few nearby food options, 😜 including an Arden's Garden so really it's perfect for me. For the price, it really is great. Plus my dog can stay with me there when he travels with me.

When we checked in, the room it was dirty bathroom smelled like urine. There a guy creeping around the cars, and the staff tried to come in my room early before check out. Location was good just everything else was not so great.

Sheets had a rip in them Dirty yellow stained wash cloth that felt sticky Dirty bathroom counters Red substance in door stopper in toilet area - I was able to clean it with a wet wash cloth Baseboards and floor next to baseboards in the toilet area were filthy. AC did not blow cold so it was hot all night.
