Added this room for a stay after a business meeting in Atlanta. Had to change it. Week prior cancellation attempted-no refund allowed. Did they reuse the room and get double booking fare for the night? I get it I didn't choose the cancellation option. When did cancellations begin to incur additional fees? Hotels now going the way of airlines with nickel-and-dime fees that add up to substantial cost-for-stay upticks.

The property is undergoing remodeling, that why the condition is not perfect now, the staff were helpful and friendly, appreciate the wonderful free breakfast, definitely will come to stay again, thanks.

Property is under renovation so a bit messed up at this time but all for the better .. We stayed in room 500 it was all new and was FANTASTIC ! The room had a great design to it that works for us , bed super comfy , carpet wonderful under feet & washroom was roomy. Great choices in decorating with ease & functional space.

The receptionist staff on the 5th and 6th were so friendly with any questions i had. My room was clean upon arrival. I will surely book here next time.

This hotel is under renovations (which it needs) but let me tell you. I have stayed at 5 star hotels that were not as nice and helpful as the staff was here at this hotel. Welcome gift, food, drinks, hot tub. Incredible team here. Treat them well!

This hotel provided great value for an overnight layover. I booked it because of the breakfast and shuttle. It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shuttle was efficient (although the hotel send incorrect pick up times) but the shuttle driver made a special trip for us. We really appreciated that.
