I had been a guest for almost 2 weeks, until I was very rudely, and unlawfully kicked out because of my service animal. I was given ultimatum to either pay a ‘$200 undisclosed pet fee’ or be kicked out. I was already booked for that night and was told I would get refund, never got refund, Stephanie at the front desk used inappropriate language, treated my GF and I like garbage and threatened to call the police. I told her over and over they were making huge mistake. And they didn’t want to hear it. The next day, went in for refund and 100 deposit back , and was told i could not get deposit back and I had to talk to Expedia for refund. Expedia called the property and said that they are denying the refund because of the service animal. However, I was told I would get refund if I did not want to pay the ‘200 pet fee’ to get refund and leave the property. Initially, the room we received was absolutely filthy, had roaches, and just super dirty. They say they do a ‘Manager Check’ before each guest gets into the room, however, the room was not checked or cleaned properly. They have made a huge mistake by doing what they did to us on May 3,2023.
