I love yhe set as far as the kitchen but the oven wasnt clean and the door doesn't close completely. Under the bed was clean and bathroom had a septic smell. AC didnt work great but it did the job

I stayed 1 night for business and came home with major bites/rash. Was treated with medication. Tub/sinks rusted. Hallways smelt of mildew. Was trying out due to 2 week job needless to say I choose another hotel for my staff

The doors leading outside that were supposed to remain locked, stayed unlocked and open the entire time we were there. The entire hotel smelled like weed and the floors were dirty upon arrival to our room. The doorknobs were broken and the vent fans were missing covers. Overall just a rundown place at a decent price.

There was roaching crawling on me. I changed rooms because of the occurrence and it happened again. They sprayed and informed me I would only be charged for 1 day and will get a refund for two days. I know it’s a third party how I booked my stay and I wish the refund policy was more balance and equal for situations like this one. It would make it easier and more timely

While the room was comfortable and clean, the property (hallways, stairway, elevator) was filthy -- a smashed orange in the elevator for 24 hours, a discarded shoe on the stairs, dirt and debris everywhere. There were children running around yelling at all hours.

Dirty hotel. Double charged me. Smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. Lots of loud banging noises outside my room early in the morning because they were moving things around and completely had hallway blocked off for my family to leave. Was required to put $100 deposit when room wasn't even worth that. Won't get my business again.

My experience wasn't pleasant and it began at check-in. Which took almost 2 hours after a 10 hour drive in from Detroit. This review could be extremely long if I were to go into details. I am an operations manager in the food and beverage Industry with over 20 years in service 10 in management including Hotel management. First training and development from the top to the bottom beginning with management. GM and Assist GM need Communication and unconscious bias training with some empathy. The property was trashed. Grass needed to be cut weeds everywhere. My dog stepped on glass while on the grass area for pets. The carpet in the hallway was black the back door was completely dismantled no key was needed anyone could walk in. My room the outside door had black scuff marks all over the door. We had a 2 bedroom unit. There were pictures missing off the wall in the living room. Blood on the bathroom door. Dried up bug on the wall. The shower was decent but definitely needed some repair. The bed was comfortable but that was it. My daughter's room was dusty and smelled like someone was chain smoking in this "smoke free" property. They also don't offer clean fresh towels. You must bring your dirty towels in to be washed and given back to you. Please do this before 1:30p.m.(Should be told at check in)No screens in the windows. I'm not sure what your paying a deposit for I would've had a more decent stay at an motel and won't do extended stay again.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY
STAY AWAY from this place especially if traveling with children or elderly. This is a low cost housing facility posing as a hotel. Extremely filthy. Charged me $80 after I had already paid on Hotels.com. I won’t dispute this because they obviously need the money more than I do. Slum lord behavior is shameful. I do hope the Georgia Department of Human Services looks more into this place.

I had been a guest for almost 2 weeks, until I was very rudely, and unlawfully kicked out because of my service animal. I was given ultimatum to either pay a ‘$200 undisclosed pet fee’ or be kicked out. I was already booked for that night and was told I would get refund, never got refund, Stephanie at the front desk used inappropriate language, treated my GF and I like garbage and threatened to call the police. I told her over and over they were making huge mistake. And they didn’t want to hear it. The next day, went in for refund and 100 deposit back , and was told i could not get deposit back and I had to talk to Expedia for refund. Expedia called the property and said that they are denying the refund because of the service animal. However, I was told I would get refund if I did not want to pay the ‘200 pet fee’ to get refund and leave the property. Initially, the room we received was absolutely filthy, had roaches, and just super dirty. They say they do a ‘Manager Check’ before each guest gets into the room, however, the room was not checked or cleaned properly. They have made a huge mistake by doing what they did to us on May 3,2023.
