Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt in Norcroos Ga. Hard to find anything to complain about. But it would be a review without at least a few. 1st Staff were country friendly and very helpful. My wife and I were a little dissatisfied that the pool was closed (Early Oct.) and other than that: a slightly loose sink faucet and a glass shower that needs leveling. Would def stay again😊😊😊

Very quite, breakfast was good, and staff very nice. Air conditioning was to cold and hard to adjust. Pay for parking. The place is kind of hidden, some signage would help. T.V. wasn't working right, I could only get one Chanel.

The rooms were very clean. We got a suite with 2 beds and a pull out and it was perfect for my family. we used the pool which was clean and upkept. I appreciate check out time and breakfast time. Only down side was having to pay for parking. $12 for regular parking is ridiculous. Still a nice hotel.

Our stay was decent overall, but several inconveniences held it back. The room was good, but the shower water never got truly hot. The elevator was painfully slow, forcing my husband and I to take the stairs instead. On top of that, we were frustrated by the paid parking fee for a self-park lot. Lastly, breakfast was a letdown, we woke up early specifically for it, only to find a very poor selection.

surprisingly the room was very clean and comfortable. I was a little concerned when the room was rated very good. i’m really picky when it comes to a hotel stay. The breakfast was very good. The only complaint I would have is the hallway to the room was hot, but the air in the room worked perfectly. I would definitely stay there again..

great facility. i only stayed over night; Got in late and left early before breakfast so cant speak to the presentation. I did notice the eating is a little older but nothing that is a deal breaker. The room was great, clean, cool a/c. though parking fee a little steep but less that a tow and theft. I highly recommend.
