Room was extremely noisy from road traffic almost like no insulation in the walls. Green light on the smoke detector blinked not sure if it was broke or this is how it worked.

My husband and I traveled from Michigan to Atlanta visiting family members. Our reservation were for 2 days the entire time we didn’t have the luxury of going in and out of the hotel as we pleased due to an outage. Our first night we were awake but intoxicated customers. Customers were fighting, yelling through the hallways. I called the front desk on March 29th complaining to the Manager. The issue occurred March 29 and March 30th. My husband payed $475 with parking was included ( $50 per night) for Intoxicated customers, inconvenience in and out of our room

We live in the area and stay at the Omni for special occasions, and it never disappoints. The restaurants are fabulous, the bars and staff are top-notch, and in season the pool bar is the best in town.

Overpriced and underwhelming
For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s already expensive and then you’re forced to valet at $50 a night, wifi is $10, and the information they give regarding hours of the bars is false. AC didn’t work, they didn’t care. Also, if you’ll notice every complaint gets the same generic response about improving yet nothing has improved. I’ll just stay at the double tree whenever I visit the battery.

New Year’s Eve
Enjoyed New Years Eve here while celebrating at the Battery and dinner at C Ellet. Extremely convenient to all and very nice views, especially the fireworks! Well appointed rooms, walking showered and nice amenities. Will stay here again!

I should have cancelled my reservations when I called to ask questions for the second time . Anna answered the phone and she was so rude. She gave me bad information. It did t match what the hotel said the fist time I called. She didn’t want to transfer me to the hotel. She called the hotel and she spoke with Lisa first. When she transferred me to Lisa she already had an attitude based off of Anna told her. It was very evident. Lisa cut me off and transferred me to Omar, who was also rude. I’m sure based off of what Lisa said Anna told her. He kept cutting me off as well. When I checked in Omar was at the counter. zhe wasn’t friendly and didn’t crack a smile. He was very short with me. I made him know who I was. He wasn’t friendly at all. Very poor customer service. I’m so disappointed because my complete experience was different on my last stay. When I called the first time to ask question. Alex or Allison was simple amazing. Her customer service was unmatched. So I’m confused by the actions of the other rude employees. Being check in, and charged for a night that I wasn’t even there is unacceptable. I called in advance to cancel for the first night. They referred me back to Expedia. At Expedia you can’t even speak with anyone. All you can do is chat. Poor customer service experience. The property was amazing.

You said Anna was rude and I apologized that we did not have anyone by the name Anna. At check-in, I was equally friendly and told you I remembered who you were. We do not have a Alison here and I reiterated that you would have been charged since we held your room for both nights. This was also explained by Expedia. We apologize for how you feel as we did all we could to make you happy.

I stayed in one of the balcony rooms that overlooks The Battery. Wonderful room but the fire alarm went off around 5 or 6 times over a several hour period (meaning I had to climb numerous floors down and back up 5 or 6 times - all false alarms). I’m sure this isn’t the norm but I paid quite a bit for that room and my stay was basically ruined.

An absolute must stay if visiting Truist park! We went for the Morgan Wallen concert and literally walked right out the doors of the hotel into Battery Park!! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful!!
