Excellent service and property. If there were any area that could be improved, I would have loved to be able to close the shower door for privacy and warmth. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time staying here. Mostly it was great. The closeness to Duluth (Asian Community) was great. The only complaints were the noisy pipes every time you turn water off and on. The shower head had no pressure. The showers floor was pitched wrong to where the water flowed to the back of shower instead of towards the drain at front.

Pleasantly surprised that the room had a full kitchen. We were also very happy with the size of the room hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Full hot breakfast provided in the morning. The area where the hotel is located is nice and was definitely convenient to Gas South arena. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to Gas South Arena!
This hotel was less than a mile from the arena and plenty of food around it. The staff, especially Justin, was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, walking distance to Gas South Arena
Nice area, nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Walking distance to the Gas South Arena. Short drive to lots of shops, restaurants, and more. Definitely recommend.
