I’ve stayed here 3 times before just to get away from the house and relax it’s always a 10/10 love the rooms the kitchen is huge and they don’t have hidden deposit fees.

Very disappointed

The people at the desk were nice, but the room was not up to par. There were roaches everywhere! Lady at the desk tried to put us in another room but it had roaches as well. I had to end my trip early. I had my 2 kids with me and we had to find another hotel to stay in. Very inconvenient! I used to stay at rhis hotel all the time but its been a year since i have been here so i guess i expected too much

My room was nasty. Hair inside of the tub, on shower curtain, there was hair in the bed when I pulled the sheets back. Someone’s socks were still in the room, there was trash and dirty tissue underneath the bed. I had small roaches in my room also.

Two stars is being generous. The property was extremely dirty and the entire hotel smelled of marijuana. The hotel was filled with a group of very loud people and they were partying and running the halls until after 3:00 in the morning. They close the front office at night so there was not a staff person onsight to complain to. When we left at 6:30 am the same front desk person we saw the night before emerged from one of the hotel rooms as if he had just decided in the middle of the night that he needed to take a nap. I do not recommend this hotel.

My Daughter Could Not Get Her Medicine She Went Without Her Meds Because We Was Denied Entry To Our Room. My Babies Didn't Go To School On 9/15/22 Because We Couldn't Change Clothes We Were Denied Entry To Our Room.

Roach motel. If you like seeing roaches when you step out the shower or waking up with bug bites, or even constantly checking your things to make sure nothing has crawled in it , this is the place for you. I’ve never experienced any thing like that and if we could have found somewhere else to stay ,we would have. I am very disappointed.. I will be contacting management tomorrow and also seeing what else I could do about the 2 bug bites. Totally not acceptable…

Worst stay

The hotel stay was crazy constant yelling and or kid screaming at all hours of the night and day. No amenity’s of any sort breakfast or coffee in the morning. When to wash cloths and didn’t find out till after the fact all the driers didn’t function. The bed I had in my room was a king size but the bed was bowled in the center and very uncomfortable. Couple days the buttoned for the elevators were pushed in all the way and not functioning so I had to take the stairs. I will not be staying at this hotel when I return to Atlanta.

I Like That It's Close To All My Locations. It's Quite & Clean. I Didn't Like Staff Keep Calling Me About How I'm Paying. Once I Spoke To One Person I Should Not Get Calls From Management Like I Did Something Wrong. Communication Is Everything I Don't Lie & I Am Honest. My Family Is Going Through Alot & I Just Want To Pay & Stay Out The Way. I Do Apologize If Anyone Feel Offended About My Struggle. I Am Not Trying To Advoid Fees I'm Just Paying As I Can.
