Sonesta at Avalon has wonderful, professional staff. The hotel is great. Hotel is always clean and nice and I always stay here when I'm in the area. I highly recommend it.

The room we checked in, was invested with beetles, bathroom toilet, was not clean, we was moved to another room. This hotel is very dated. Needs restoration bad!!!! The young lady that checked me in was wonderful. But I would never personally stay here again.
