it was fine for a last minute stay. pool was great and proprietors were extremely nice. but our tv didn't work and they couldn't fix it. this was a huge inconvenience. we were also missing a comforter on one of the double beds. the "breakfast" was very limited.

The outside does not have the curb appeal but don’t let that stop you, the room was very clean and beds comfortable with soft cozy bed sheets/ comforters. Nice new floors not carpet. Pool is clean and fun.

Very nice property and pool however rooms were old and very used. Seems to be more of a residence type of motor-in, which is fine, everyone was so nice and we made friends. Down side was a shower I would not use just cause of the looks of things and luckily I travel with my own pillow and blanket as there was an issue with a small bug in pillow case as well has one or two here and there. Expected in remote NJ but gross to sleep with. Was a value price last minute so we enjoyed ourselves regardless.

3 rooms reserved. 1 room didn't have working electricity, another room did not have a working air conditioner. The pool water smelled awful! Breakfast was quick, easy and good. Staff was very friendly!

Feels very unsafe and it’s old and dirty. Found old cigarettes people put out inside the room on the night stand. Will not get any sleep bc it’s just gross. It smells so bad of old cigarette smoke in the room. It’s not family oriented at all, it feels like a scary movie scene. Sex workers going in and out of a room on the other side. It’s not safe here. My car is too far away from me as well to feel safe at all. Worst nightmare of a stay.

Very dirty on the outside by the dumpsters there are old mattresses We uncovered our bed to go to sleep there was a shoe print on our sheets. Called front desk and we had to change them ourselves. Woke up in the morning and had to go to urgent care cause my boyfriend lip was swollen and hives on back of leg. Turns out he had a major reaction to something we slept on or sat on there. never EVER AGAIN will we stay there
