Hotel has the potential to be the best . Right on the water best location . Bathroom had mold, hair disgusting . Its sad people get hire and do a cleaning like that . A lot of people doing drugs i felt unsafe . Will not come back.

I had an excellent stay! The front desk staff was absolutely outstanding—friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel like a valued guest and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their exceptional customer service truly made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality!

Parking was easy, staff was very nice and helpful. But the room I booked and what they give it’s totally different. I booked king size bed and the gave me small room with two beds , room was clean but in very poor condition, one of the bed mattress was broken, no closets and no iron, basically nothing in the room, you have to bring your own. I was only staying there overnight, thanks god, if I would need to stay more nights, I will book somewhere else.

This budget-friendly hotel comes at a price when the property is not maintained and amenities aren't working. While the front desk staff was efficient, the ice machine, in-room fridge, and AC unit did not work. I will not stay here in the future.

Headline: Great Location, But the Rooms Are in Dire Need of Renovation Let's start with the one positive: our room was cleaned upon arrival. Unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. The overall condition of the room was incredibly poor and made for an uncomfortable stay. The most immediate problem was the clogged sink, which drained so slowly it was almost unusable and also vanity was missing its door. The lack of basic maintenance was evident everywhere: neither of the bedside lamps worked. The overall impression was one of neglect. The furniture was heavily worn, scratched, and looked like it should have been replaced decades ago. The window treatment was just a thin, plastic curtain that did nothing to block out the morning light and felt cheap. This hotel seems to be relying entirely on its name and location to attract guests. While proximity to the beach is a plus, it doesn't excuse the complete lack of investment in basic room maintenance and comfort. Until they undertake a serious renovation, I cannot recommend staying here.

The manager was horrible. I arrived at 4pm. Checked in. With my fiancee. As listed online it looked nice. When we arrived. The staff guy was nice he said it was his first day . We then had to walk to the elevator. There was urine on the floor near the elevator it smelt like smoke and wreak of weed. It was disgusting got to the room it was nasty. It said ocean view. It was the parking lot in the back. We stayed in the room for 2hrs. And said we cant deal with this. So we went down to lesve. And there was a mom and daughter complaining too they wanted to leave because this hotel was disgusting and.did not look like online with the pool and smell of smoke. So we asked. About leaving and we wanted to check out the guy said i have to call my manager. So the manager wanted to check us into another room . As she tried to talk to me on the phone I heard her yelling in the background saying she is not going to be refunded. We checked out and i called expedia. Of course they reached out to hotel and the owner said we ard not refunding. Why would I want to stay in another room when there is weed smell and urine in the elevator. The place was disgusting. Dont stay here. We lost 355.00 and such a waste. Never again. The manager is rude and horrible.

the room had graffiti on the walls, full of bugs and the microwave was missing. staff was super friendly and access to the beach was just steps away, had a hard time eating because the microwave that was suppose to be in there was not. Staff told us most of the people live there. Spent way more on food than intended,

Gross room, bed felt wet, sheets were gross, we chose the non smoking room option but the room smelt like someone had smoked in it and the staff just sprayed Lysol. When we walked in to the front office to check in there was a lady trying to get her money back since her room was so gross. From here on out, I will only be staying at casinos because of how gross this place was and because getting a room at the Tropicana would’ve only been $100 or so more
