So the booking said oceanview and it was not, it was a view into the Tropicana parking and loading garages. So be aware when booking! Because when I went to change rooms or get a credit back for the difference in rooms. They could not change the room because of being busy. They comp my breakfast and one round of drinks at the bar. I stayed 2 nights. The staff are not knowledgeable about the computer systems. And do not make you aware of all expenses you will pay till you go to check out. I am still waiting for a call back to fix my bill and I have left a message and called twice to no answer. I will not be going back worst Marriot I have ever stayed in. And I choose Marriott because they have never disapoonted me till this hotel.

Had a great time with my boo! super nice staff, very kind and understanding with everything and let us have late checkout for free! I wish our balcony had more of a view, but beyond that it was pretty great. fitness center is pretty cool too. if you end up staying, I highly recommend visiting Gilchrist restaurant for breakfast, they have great pancakes and greater service!!

Despite turning the television volume to its maximum setting, it remained silent. We contacted the hotel management and were informed that the issue was widespread throughout the building. They were actively working on resolving the matter. Consequently, we were unable to utilize the television during our stay from Friday to Sunday. The hotel premises were aesthetically pleasing and immaculately maintained. We had a partial view of the ocean, but unfortunately, there was no pool available. For breakfast we were presented with a limited menu of four options. While the hotel provided a serene and modern atmosphere, the absence of entertainment options, particularly the television, rendered our stay unsatisfactory. Consequently, we awarded the hotel three stars, despite the late checkout offered to us, which we did not fully utilize due to our desire to depart promptly.

Beach view balcony was magnificent. Was able to get some sun. My room was very nice, clean, and had all the essentials you would want in a hotel room. The parking was very convenient. I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant was nice, the view beautiful and the room was nice. The bathroom is a bit small though. Sink area is tiny. Parking was also ok. It definitely shouldn’t be a $20 a day fee though. The downside is I was billed my $778 price from Expedia and $794 from Seahaus on my Amex. Now I have to deal with fighting being double charged. That ruined the total experience for me. I would also like to mention during check in there was nobody at the desk for at least 10 minutes. Then the person was not dressed professionally. Everytime I came down the day I checked in people were waiting to be checked in by an empte station. I didn’t care for that all.
