"Clean room. Convenient distance to Barclays Center. No frills hotel with comfy beds. Free parking (though limited) was nice. Only issue was air conditioning. Fan worked well overnight, but in the morning sun the room was absolutely baking. No AC controls, just fan and heat."

"This hotel has gone downhill since the firstbw times ive stayed there...even w staff. Room...DOG HAIR everywhere. WHY do you put guest in rooms that pets hv been in. REFRIGERATOR DIRTY... Bathroom..Hair everywhere. I called front desk because my tub was holding the water while showering,no one ever showed up to fix it after calling 2xs.. All this after changing rooms because they gave me the wrong room the 1st time...I will never stay here again!! "

"Walked in and was immediately told to wait as person at front desk used the restroom. When he returned he barely spoke to me and took another guest halfway through checking me in. Dropped my ID and struggled to find it under his desk. The room I received was steps from the lobby and on the ground floor. The one room next to me had someone blasting music and I could hear everything going on outside on Atlantic Ave. Room appeared normal at first glance but sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty strands of hair and stains on everything— I left earlier than I originally intended because I did not want to sleep there another night."

"Basic amenities were missing like fresh Water, only one elevator was working , have to wait for 20min to go from 5th floor to 10th floor"

"The breakfast was very mediocre and the portion size was small. There was an incident with water leaking from an upstairs room and it caused major disruptions our first night. The hotel was very noisy and we needed to play white noise to sleep. The heater was difficult to get to operate. We also found hair in the shower when we arrived."
