Very clean room, the staff members were kind and helpful, a very nice walking distance from the main square. The only thing that I would suggest is to add a fan to the room, no A/C needed byt a fan would be great

We loved our stay here. The location was good in terms of not being too far from downtown Puebla and Cholula, and across the street (accessible by a bridge over heavily trafficked highway) was a commercial center with a place to change money and a cafe. Súper bien y agradable el loft. La atención al llegar fue muy buena y siempre estuvieron pendientes. Solo falta un ventilador de techo para estar perfecta.
