"Stayed here for one night. Rooms and bathrooms very dated and tired. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. I went down for breakfast about 8am and everything was cold and had run out. No juice machine, just empty jugs. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"When I checked in, I was informed that my reservation that was of a lower class than normal (still don’t quite understand what was meant) I was then asked if I wanted a room on the ground floor and I said yes. I was then told that the room had no windows. (basically a cupboard.) I refused that room ..."
