Did not have room with balcony as booked for first night but offered mini bar/ prosecco service as apology - was available our second night but we chose not to move. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The location is excellent—it is very close to the train terminal, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room itself is brand new and clean, with impressively high ceilings that make the space feel wide and open. One small drawback is that the wooden floors tend to make hair and dust quite visible. The bathroom was clean and modern. It was a bit disappointing that the rooftop is still under construction and the 5th-floor restaurant is not open yet. However, the breakfast was satisfying, and the front desk staff provided great service throughout our stay. I would love to visit again once the rooftop is fully open!

Small note that there is no Microwave in the room, the pool needs a reservation to use and the splash pad (kids pool) is only open/available on weekends. They did allow us to check in 2 hours early which was appreciated. ..."
